HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our standard shipping to our selected areas free! For some areas there is a specific shipping charge based on distance and location and delivery through our logistics partners. Prior to confirming your order, you’ll be able to select location and expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We work to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse begins processing your order within 1-6 business days after it is submitted. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays. Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Mali and the courier’s, control.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Unfortunately, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time, due to shipping exemptions.
We also do not ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. This is deu to the fact that we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop-off points.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
WHAT IF MY WATCH GETS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to the courier company within 7 days. Transportation damage must also be reported to Mali within 7 days of receiving your order.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All of the orders are being shipped either from warehouse, depending on the purchaser’s location.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to value added tax, import duties or relevant taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Mali is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and tax rates vary widely from country to country.
WHOLE SHIPMENT
We do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers picking up their orders directly.
