Add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART. Go to the checkout page, fill in your personal information, and pay. You will be required to enter your payment details.
HOW DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
Look for the discount code space in the end of the checkout. The discount will immediately be reflected in your payment total. We accept only one discount per order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY?
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order, once our warehouse processes your payment,
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact our Customer Service team ( support@maliliving.com) as soon as possible. It may be possible if your order hasn’t reached fulfilment stage, we may still be able to change or cancel it.
However, we’re often unable to make these changes because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within 3 hours of being placed.
Important: Once we begin the process of producing any made-to-order items we are no longer able to cancel it, as the order is being pushed directly to our service teams and manufacturers.

Our timepieces come with a various strap sizes. For metal straps you can customise the sizing on the site and we will resize your straps for you.
