DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We offer a 30-day return policy as a part of our quality assurance. We test every product immediately before shipment. In the highly unlikely event that any watch arrives not working, we will replace it for you.
You will receive a replacement once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). For return instructions, please contact our Customer Service at sales@maliliving.com. Shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund.
Any engraved or customised items items are not eligible for a return or exchange.If you would like to request a return for your timepiece, please write to sales@mali.com and make your subject "RETURNS"
DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, typically withing 10 days of receiving your order. Returns the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging of and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value.
Please be aware and note that shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.
WHAT DO I DO? I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.
Please kindly check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 5 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive and email confirming receipt of your return. If you have not received an email within two weeks of the date you shipped your return to us, please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist you.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING RETURNS TAKE?
Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will email you will receive an RMA number and instructions about how to pack and ship your item. The processing of your return may take up to 30 days after it reaches our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email that your parcel reached us and is approved for the refund.
